Nearly everything we knew to be “normal” has officially gone out the window. Just over a year ago, COVID was a distant threat. No Kid Hungry® reports that over 11 million people in the United States are living in food-insecure homes, meaning “the households don’t have enough food for every member to live a healthy life.”
